Return Policy

We hope you are satisfied with your Mosaic Alarm product. If you need to return an item within 90 days of the date of purchase, we will provide a full refund (credited back to your original payment method), provided that the item remains in resalable condition.

Return Conditions:

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

How to Request a Return:
Send an email to mosaicsupport@mosaichk.net with the subject line "Return Authorization Request."
In your email, please provide your name, email address, order number, date of purchase, and reason for the return.
We will respond within two business days to confirm your eligibility for a return and to provide you with a "Return Authorization Number" along with return instructions.
